Hensley have relocated to the dark frosty woods of Småland (south part of Sweden where people talk with a hilarious dialect) to celebrate christmas with the family. But there was some spare time yesterday to attend to the last raid before christmas.

Things could have gone better thou, it all started up hill with a broken router that refused to let me access the wireless network. After some digging and with only 1 minute until raid start i managed to get online with a wired network cord. But there was no end in sight for the problems.

Random disconnects and extreme lag was only the tip of the ice berg. Right before the pull of Lady Deathwhisper i got a interface bug where all my spells on the action bar disappeared. In panic i was able to tank the boss through clicking on the spells in spellbook. We where able to bring her down on the first try even under these conditions thanks to our great druid tank Hornflower and some skilled raid members.

I managed to lay my hands on some early christmas presents. First off i got the two-handed axe from Deathbringer Saurfang. Ramaladni’s Blade of Culling. With a lot of expertise, ArP and two blue sockets it is almost written “DK Blood Tank!!!” all over it. I also got my final two Frost Emblems and bought my first piece of Tier 10. I picked the shoulders since my Tier 9 one was item level 232. A pretty neat upgrade.

The Marrymaker-achivement hunt is almost done. I just need to farm a Red Winter Hat in Nexus, Oculus and Old Kingdom. There is plenty of days left before the season end, so it should not be a problem.
