As the old hardcore act CIV once said with their debut album - “Set Your Goals”. Its important to have goals to avoid straying around like a headless chicken in Azeroth and currently there are more to do in the game then an normal nine-to-five-working-slave can manage in a lifetime. Especially for a Death Knight, who came in late into the game.

Being a very goal oriented player, i need have something in the horizon to strive for all the time. I need a focus. Otherwise the game feels a bit pointless. Lucky for me, i have a lot things that i want to achieve in the game.

Here is my top 10 things i want and hope i can accomplish in 2010:

10: Complete the meta-achivement in Isle of Conquest for the best looking tabard in the game Tabard of Conquest.

9: Get exalted with all cities for the Crusader and Ambassador-titles.

8: Grind exalted with Timbermaw Hold and Mag’har for “The Diplomat”-title

7: Hatch a fucking green proto-drake from the Oracles-egg (have been hatching a egg once a week for a year soon, without any luck). /nerdrage

6: Get fishing up from 0 to 450 before Cataclysm. Fishing is like watching paint dry, but i will endure this pain. I will reward myself with a epic fishing rod from Kalu’ak.

5: Level a goblin alt-mage named Koston from 1 to 85! (already got the heirloom-gear ready!)

4: Loot/buy a Battered Hilt and do the epic questline for Quel’Delar.

3: Earn at least 100k gold and buy a Mechano-hog and a full set of Harris Piltons Portable Hole.

2: Down Algalon the Observer before Cataclysm. Wrapping up the Lich King-expansion would feel incomplete without the Starcaller-title.

1: Gather mats and forge my first legendary Shadowmourne! (hopefully, with some help from my guild).
